Chocolate Cobbler
I cooked this twice tonight w/o changing anything from the recipe in my attempt to get this "right." I've come to the conclusion that it's the recipe. There was way too much butter to begin with. And since water and butter don't mix, the "syrup" was a gross mixture of oil and water. The cobbler part was strange as well. It was a gooey, gummy mess that I threw out. It was a waste of ingredients and a disappointment. Try the hot fudge cake III w/coffee if you want a good recipe.

Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken
I was expecting this to be more flavorful but it was quite bland. The only thing that saved it was the capers on top.

Pineapple Cake II
This was a big disappointment after having read all the great reviews. This cakes tasted like a cobbler-without the juices the cobbler naturally has. It was very sweet with just a little pineapple taste and the butter sauce was WAY too buttery. The next day, even though the pineapple had settled more into the cake, the butter sauce had hardened on top and it was just a greasy mess. I was completely unhappy with this recipe and threw it out.
