Sugar Cookie Icing
I used this icing to decorate sugar cookies for Christmas, and everyone was very impressed. I had to add more milk to get the icing to a workable consistency (it took a bit of trial and error). I used a piping bag with #2 or #3 tip to pipe outlines, and then I thinned the icing even more and spread it with a spoon to fill in the outlines. The icing dries enough after about 10-15 minutes to pipe details in a different color on top. You could probably use just about any flavor extract you want (I used vanilla).

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This was wonderful! I made it for Thanksgiving breakfast and everyone in my family loved it. I made one loaf with walnuts and one without, plus some muffins. I also added a streusel topping, but otherwise, I didn't change a thing and it was perfect.

Lemon Square Bars
These are wonderful. I didn't change a thing (except to halve the recipe and make it in an 8"x8" pan), and I thought the amount of lemon flavor was just right.
