About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
I once made meatloaf for my date- it was awful and I couldn't figure out what the odd taste was- I had stored the saltine crackers next to the coffee- I made java-meat-loaf. There is a reason there isnt a meatloaf latte at Starbucks. Mustn't have been too bad- he married me!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I've made this many times, its quite good. FYI, this is 5 WW PointsPlus or if you decrease the butter and flour to 3tbsp each and use fat free milk, its 4 PointsPlus per 1/8 of the recipe

New Year's Champagne Punch
Really good, but pay attention to how much it makes! I had a party last NYE and made this- there were 20 people here and we still couldn't finish it! I will half the recipe next time

Super Crunch Oven Cooked Honey Dipped Wings
My breading was also very floury and dry after baking. The chicken also dried out (to be fair- I used white meat). The honey sauce was overwhelming, the spice didn't balance the sweet- even after adding extra. The marinade smelled AMAZING, and I may use this portion of the recipe again in another form.
