Slow Cooker Bolognese
Very good recipe. I'm giving it 3 stars because I followed it and it was bland to me. So glad I tasted it and I was able to add more seasoning. I added onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and upped the red pepper. After I added the milk and cheese to the crockpot I let it cook on low for the next 2 hours. Tasted much better after that. I'm serving it over spaghetti squash and freezing the rest for later.

Mini Cheesecakes I
Good cheesecake, I made a few changes. I used 1 and 1/4c of sugar and added 1/2c of greek yogurt for texture. Also used 1/3 less fat cream cheese. Substituted 1 of the eggs for 1/4c egg beaters. We have been dieting and wanted something sweet that doesn't ruin all our hard work. All in all very good. I suggest making sure the cream cheese is room temp and to beat it by itself first to remove any lumps.I added the yougurt then blended well. I added sugar by 1/2c measurements and tasted to see if it was sweet enough. Baked it for 20 mins in my oven. Good by itself doesnt even have to have a topping. We used a cinnamon snickerdoodle type of cookie insead of vanilla wafers.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce
Very good. Nice flavor. Made a few changes due to health reasons. Seasoned the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper. I did not bread the chicken, simply grilled in pan and went from there. I used 1/2c chicken stock and 4T brummel and brown. Also added some minced garlic to the pan after the butter. Husband liked it.
