Classic Goulash

This was delicious! I had two green peppers that I wanted to use up, they were a great addition. Thanks for sharing, this is my american chop suey recipe from now on!

Mediterranean Tilapia

This was great! I usually follow recipes, but I didn't have all the ingredients.....so this is what I did. I added feta cheese to the mixture of capers and olives, and then added a litle diced red onion. Then I sprinkled fish with oil and lemon juice and baked for 10 minutes. Took it out and put some shredded spinach on top of the fish and added the olive mixture and cooked for an additional three minutes. SO yummy--and easy :) next time I will make a side of pasta to eat with it!

Avocado Feta Salsa

Brought this to a cookout last night and it was a HUGE hit! Made another batch today, put a thin layer on bread with turkey and put in the panini maker...OMG-gotta try this!

Apple Pecan Cornbread Dressing

If you follow this recipe (and use unsweetened apple juice) you will have a great stuffing. Made corn bread, mixed it with all spices, nuts, stuffing mix and put it in a big ziploc bag the night before Thanksgiving. The next morning I mixed the wet ingredients and baked a few hours later. Printed out 10 copies of recipe for my guests. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

I made this for my first Thanksgiving yesterday and I was SO HAPPY with these potatoes. Everyone asked for the recipe, they were streaming hot for the whole meal-Can't say enough about how good these were. Def don't need the butter though, I didn't put any in and they turned out creamy.
