About this Cook
I currently stay at home with my 3 young children, 3 and 1/2, 1 and a newborn. My husband works a lot and very hard and likes a good meal to come home to.
My favorite things to cook
I like to make stuffed shells, meatballs, chicken cacciatore, chicken pot pie, baked haddock, lazy man lasagna, etc. The list could go on
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Sunday about 15+ people in my family get together to have a Sunday dinner. Also my family sits down together every night to eat.
My cooking tragedies
When I first started my own family and had to cook every night I had many dishes gone wrong, but I have learned from most of my mistakes. I guess messing up is just a part of learning how to cook.

Tequila Shrimp
Very good, have never cooked with tequila before had some in the freezer needed a recipe for shrimp and figured I would try this out. I do not care for cilantro at all and did not put any in. I added diced tomatos, red pepper flakes, splash of lemon juice, some mix of seasoning forget what it was called, served over angel hair and it was excellent.

Stuffed Shells III
These shells were very good. I made them for a Christmas party and everyone liked them. I used part skim cheese for everything and did not add cheese to the sauce. Next time I will add different veg's and a few more mushrooms.
