Cheddar Onion Drop Biscuits

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
So easy, I use fresh onion so I use a whole small onion and add a couple cloves of garlic and mince them in the food processor first. Also I add extra salt, and sprink a little salt on the biscuits before baking to get that Red Lobster level of saltiness. :)

Very mild in flavor, but with a wide range of them too. Very picky eater has been munching through them.

My husband ate over half a package of the cheap hotdogs without blinking an eye. He can't wait for me to make them again with the good kind.

Chocolate Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2012
So good. I used buttermilk instead of milk and it made it extra tangy. I think next time I'll stick with the milk. Otherwise ended up with MORE than enough to frost 2 9 in cakes (even in between) with tons left over.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

I read the reviews about it being too watery, I tried adding less water. It was still too moist and took too long to cook. Tastes fabulous, though. I might work with this one again or try fudging the white cake recipe.

Perfect - it was generous enough that I didn't run out of dough. I tripled the recipe tonight to make a quiche and an apple pie...just finished eating the Quiche and it was fabulous!

Pumpkin Cookies V

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2009
I changed it a bit to fit what I had on hand...butter instead of shortening and I added nutmeg and ginger...think I need to add cloves next time too. And I didn't have confectioners sugar, so no frosting...but they were great anyway. Everyone loves them, even my dog is stretching to lick up the batter off the floor.
