Yum! I made them for boxing day at my sister-in-law's and everyone loved them! We were traveling, so I made the filling up ahead of time. I took the stems out and only washed them. I rewrapped the caps and didn't wash them til I was ready to cook them. I didn't have onion powder, so I diced up fresh onion and cooked it along with the garlic and stems. Once that was cooked, I split the mixture into two separate bowls and after it was cooled, I added 1/2 of each of the ingredients to each bowl. To one of the bowls I added a can of cocktail shrimp and a can of crabmeat. I covered the bowls, kept them chilled, and cooked the mushrooms 3 days later. They were fabulous. I will definitely be making these again! Bravo!
