This bread is delicious, my husband was skeptical but loved it in the end. He came running upstairs with a piece for me to taste when it was ready. The only thing I did differently was change one of the cups of bread flour to wheat flour, next time I'll do half & half. This bread reminds me of fall because of the slight sweetness from the honey and it hardiness. Yum.
