Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
I will not make again. I did not add any additional salt and this was salty enough!!! The chicken filling was promising but it ended up a soggy mess!! And I didnt even use all the sour cream/soup sauce!!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
I did as recipe stated except I used butter instead of margarine and luckily did not use muffin tins. I just baked in a baking sheet with high sides. The flavor ended up being good, my kids loved it. But the dough was VERY sticky! It ended up only making 8 decent size rolls. I think next time I will use more butter and spread on the dough then sprinkle the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture on it seperately. Then after its rolled up brush with more butter and brown sugar/cinnamon mixture on the outside the dough just seemed bland on the bare parts. I fixed that with some cream cheese frosting though.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken
I made this on Friday night for my daughter that came home from college for Thanksgiving. I made it with linguine and roasted asapargus. I did double the sauce and the extra sauce after chicken was done cooking was used to pour over the linguine, with chunks of breadcrumbs and all. I personally did not like the presenation of that (MY FAULT) But EVERYONE LOVED the flavor it gave the pasta. I added bacon and fresh basil as well. They said it tasted like it came from a gourmet restaurant but better!!
