Banana Sour Cream Bread

Brown and Wild Rice Salad

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

We loved this - I made this recipe as written except used only 2 chicken breasts - We thought it was great - however I didn't have much sauce leftover as the mushrooms absorbed most of the liquid. Looking forward to making this one again soon.

Ham Loaf I

I made this last night for dinner and it turned out great - I only used 2 pounds of meat but all of the sauce - and added a little bit of ketchup to the sauce. Looking forward to eating leftovers tonight :)

We loved it! I think I would dice the onion a little finer next time - and I left out the cup of water and used some of the broth to dissolve the cornstarch instead - I will put this on my list of favorite soups!

Chicken Quesadillas

I made these last night for a party with my girlfriends and everyone loved them. I cooked the chicken in a skillet, then cooked the quesedillas on the stove instead of in the oven. Everyone loved them and asked me to make again next time.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

We had this last night for dinner and loved it - after I pan fried the chicken I poured 1 pint 1/2 and 1/2 over the chicken and let it simmer. I removed the chicken breasts and sliced them - then added 4 oz cream cheese to the sauce. I served the sliced chicken over angel hair pasta with the sauce and topped with the capers. We will make often!

German Rouladen

We made this for dinner this weekend and my German boyfriend loved it. I used sliced top round sandwich steaks, and they worked perfectly. I also used pickle spears instead of slices. Simmered the Rouladen in 2 cups of water and Lipton onion soup mix for an hour and they came out perfectly.

Salmon with Pineapple Salsa

I have made this salmon several times and we love it - I do not put the jalapeno in the salsa and use fresh pineapple. Because of these changes I gave the recipe 4 stars instead of 5, but it is one of our favorites.
