Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2008
This was very easy and yummy. I took the advice of others and shredded the chicken and added it back to the sauce to thicken. Quick and easy meal for a busy weeknight/weekend.

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2008
These were pretty good. I think I added too much graham cracker out of fear (from other reviews) that the peanut butter mixture wouldn't set. This made a bunch so I took them to work...my co-workers loved them!

Sauce was too ketchup-y and tasted funny. Won't be making this again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
These muffins were delicious! I didn't use the crumb topping (didn't want to add the butter) and they still turned out wonderful. I'll add even more blueberries next time. Thanks for the recipe.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
This was a very good chocolate cake recipe! I took the advice of others and sifted the dry ingredients. I added about half of the water that the recipe called for and the batter was still thin. I made cupcakes...they turned out great.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
Very good recipe with some tweaks. I used light sour cream and turkey bacon to lighten the recipe. I also used mexican style cheese because that is what I had on hand. I took the advice of other reviewers and seasoned both the spinach stuffing and chicken breast with salt and pepper. I prepared everthing the night before up to rolling up the chicken. I popped the chicken out of the fridge and right into the oven the next day. Served with seasoned potatoes and corn.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2008
This salmon was AMAZING. I didn't add as much red pepper flake as the recipe called for because I didn't want it to be too spicy. The fish was flavorful and delicious!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
This was REALLY good. I haven't had success with cream sauces in the past but this turned out great. I only used the equivalent of one pepper (mixed green, red and yellow). I added diced tomato, zuchini and used baby portabellas. I used bowtie pasta instead of linguine. It turned out wonderful. I will definitely add this to the rotation.

This soup was just okay. It needed more flavor in my opinion. The broth was very bland. I won't be making this again.
