Cara's Creamy Stuffed Shells
An extremely delicious recipe. I took advice from other reviewers and left out the egg, also adding chopped baby spinach on top of dish with a bit of grated cheese. Extra yummy!! Even great the next day. Everyone loves this one.

Grilled Stuffed Chicken Thighs
An absolutely delicious meal. I took advice from another and punded the chicken and made it easier to roll. I added mushrooms but didn't add the sherry. Put in oven 175C for 50 min and served with rice mixed with bacon, peas, onion, soya sauce and some vegeta. HOne yr old loved it and husband loved it more. Thankyou for this one.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
A beautiful and tasty recipe. I used a pre-made mix of breadcrumbs with herbs and garlic. Very yummy. It is handy to make them ahead of time and keep them in the fridge, ready to be deep fried when dinner is nearly ready. They taste best when eaten straight away. I used enough oil to cover the bottom of a fry pan to cook the onions, turning when brown. They only took a minute and tasted delicious. This recipe is a tich fiddly, but is fantastic.
