French Onion Soup Gratinee

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
This is the best French onion soup I have ever had! I used dried herbs because that was what I had on hand and I don't mind leaving them in for extra flavor. Any which way, Great soup!!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
Best Meatballs!! A wonderful sauce that has now become a family favorite. I used tomato sauce instead of whole tomatoes since my kids won't eat large pieces of tomatoes, but other than that this recipe is perfect as is.

Great base. I also used about 3 cups chicken broth and 1 cup water and sherry as recommended by another review and it was great. Topped with a little sour cream and cheese....yummy!

Very good. I hate fish that tastes fishy and with this recipe it doesn't at all. I also added ginger which adds a very nice touch.

Wonderful!!!! I used chicken instead of beef and it was great. It takes some work to prepare but it's worth it in the end.
