Cooking for me is an experience. We make supper our sit down time. I prepare a meal, and we sit with a glass of wine and enjoy it.
My favorite things to cook
I prefer poultry, and fish. I tend to cook many different sauces to go with the fish, and poultries.
My cooking triumphs
I've developed two great duck breast sauces. They are a honey-plum, and an orange sauce. I'm trying to develop sauces based on seasonal products.
My cooking tragedies
I've made two attempts at baking whole fish in a salt crust, and both times I have failed.
