Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade
We thought this marinade was really good except for the overwhelming flavor of sesame oil. We like to normally try a recipe by the book first and then adjust as we feel needed if at all. We both like sesame oil, so it wasn't bad, but that particular oil is very overpowering and we didn't taste the ginger or soy at all. We will definitely make this again, just using a sparse amount of the sesame oil. (A little goes a LONG way!) Thanks for the recipe!!

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
I made this dish for my husband and myself last night and it turned out great. I did make a few minor changes based on previous reviews. I put black pepper and garlic powder directly on the chicken then dredged in flour before adding to butter/oil. We didn't eat this with any kind of pasta and the consistency of the sauce turned out fine. I did use all of the wine and artichoke reserve also adding some lemon juice and LOTS of minced garlic and thought the taste was fantastic. I think that if you don't know what to expect or aren't too sure if you like white wine/artichokes, this might not be the dish for you. Also, I didn't add capers only b/c we don't care for them. I will absolutely make this again!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I was hoping that I could change my husband's opinion on meatloaf, but didn't work. I thought it was okay but I can't make it all for myself!
