Chicken a la Mayo

My family and I loved this recipe. It was crispy and delicious. I'd pick this over fried chicken any day. I definitely preferred the cornflake crumbs to bread crumbs.

I liked this recipe but I would recommend adding the herbs and spices to the sour cream instead of the cornflake crumbs.

Chicken 'n' Stuff

This recipe did not work out well for me. The stuffing was too hard and dry. I would prefer to pour the sauce over the stuffing instead of over the chicken.

Cheesy Breaded Chicken

I loved this recipe; it was easy and delicious. I used an Itallian blend of cheeses instead of only Mozzarella. It was delicious.

Feta Chicken

I liked this recipe; it was very easy and good. However, I think I would prefer a milder goat cheese instead of the Feta cheese in the recipe.

I LOVED THIS RECIPE!! These were the best chicken strips that I ever tasted (that I can re-call). The only thing that I would do differently next time is that I probably would cook them on a cooling rack for more of a crispy coating. However, I did love the moistness of the chicken meat.

Yellow Chicken

I and my family really enjoyed this recipe. It was good. Probably the next time I make it I will marinate the chicken breast in some of the sauce the night before I cook it. I'd like for more of the flavor and seasoning to penetrate the meat. Also I will use chicken worchestershire next time. It is lighter in color and more mild in flavor.

Swiss Sherry Chicken

I liked this recipe; it was good. But the next time I make it I will use less butter than what the recipe says. It taste too buttery the way it was. Also I would use more sour cream than the recipe to mellow out the flavor. I used aged Swiss cheese this time but I will probably use baby swiss next time. I liked the recipe and I plan on making it again.

Spinach Chicken Parmesan

My family and I loved this recipe. It was so good and seemed to be very healthy. I would make this recipe again. But I'd add more parmesan cheese to the recipe; probably double the amount listed in the recipe. Joy

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

My family and I enjoyed this chicken recipe. It was quick and easy to make and it was delicious to eat. I liked the honey and mustard flavor. I will probably add more dried parsley the next time I try this recipe.

White Wine Almond Chicken
