Southwest Chicken

I found that following this recipe as is turns out bland. Next time I will listen to some of the others' suggestions.

Oh my gosh - these were amazing!!! I did use a little less sugar as others suggested and thought they were great. The only tortillas I had in the house were whole wheat and I think they would have been better with the regular flour, but they were still amazing!

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Very good mint ice cream! I like to substitute almond extract for vanilla extract, but my husband likes the recipe as is.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Great vegetarian dish. I made this as is for my vegetarian sister and we loved it. I had leftovers the next day and they still tasted good, contrary to another review
