Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Surprisingly flavorful. Very good. We used the leftover chicken pieces in a salad the next day and it really added something special.

Pork Chops with Cranberry Balsamic Sauce

This was good. Chops were juicy and tender. I guess I expected more from the sauce. It wasn't bad, just wasn't great. I would eat it again, but probably wont be in our regular rotation.

Barley Chicken Casserole

The recipe wasn't bad. It just wasn't anything special. We love barley in this family, and we decided it was better to make a seperate barley side dish, and something with a little more flavor as a chicken dish. I will keep it handy as a back up, because it is a nice change from the norm.

Best City Chicken

I haven't made city chicken in over a decade. It just wasn't something that seemed to catch on with my young kids. Recently a friend was talking about making it, so I looked up this recipe and gave it another shot. My teens love it! My youngest asked why we dont do this all the time! I made exactly as stated, except didnt have seasoned crumbs so I seasoned some plain ones myself. This will go on a regular rotation now. Very easy, not too time consuming, and yummy!

This wasn't bad. It just wasn't spectacular. I'll keep the recipe on file because it was quite easy to make, and I always have the ingredients on hand, but I dont think I'll make it often.

Barley Bake

I can't get enough of barley. Was so happy to find this recipe. It's easy and doesn't require much in the way of ingredients. I didnt have the vegetable broth on hand, so I used chicken. No green onions or pine nuts, either. It was absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to try it with all the intended ingredients! Will be making over and over again.

Almond Chicken Casserole II

Loved it! Hubby who doesn't like rice found it just okay. Daughter 1 didn't like it, daughter 2 liked it. I did cut down the mayo to 3/4 cup. I may cut it down to 1/2 cup next time. Found there wasn't much chicken for the amount of rice, so maybe I'll up the amount of chicken. Loved the cornflakes on top, and may sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top after it's done baking next time. Very comforting casserole. Will make again.

Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

Very easy to make. Great taste. My daughter couldn't get enough! The caramel sauce is a must. I didnt have any regular rum in the house, so I just omitted it and it was great. Thanks for such an easy recipe!

Hot Bacon Dressing

A tad on the sweet side, and not quite "sour" enough for my tastes. Very good, but next time I'll cut down on the sugar and increase the vinegar just a little. Thickened up nicely. Easy enough to make any night. Thanks!

Awesome! Gave 4 stars because I had to tweak for my own taste. Went by directions and cooked the sauce, but thought it needed something. Molasses may have helped, but I didn't have any. It was good on it's own, but I wanted a little more depth, so I added about another cup of BBQ sauce and a splash of liquid smoke. Tasted again and was perfect. The only other change I made was I put them on the grill instead of in the oven. Everyone raved! This was my first time attempting ribs on my own (hubby is a chef so I rarely cook) and even he loved it! Thanks for an amazing recipe!

Spicy Apricot Chicken Stir-Fry

There was nothing bad about it, but nothing to rave about either. My 12 yr old thoroughly enjoyed it, and we'll be making it again because of that. I thought it was missing something, although the pineapples and apricots were amazingly good in it.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions

Very good! We all loved it. My daughter snatched the last little bit before the rest of us could get to it. We eliminated the basil and added sage, just because that's what we like on pork. Served with fried rice. Will definitely be making this again!
