Classic Candied Sweet Potatoes
My kids & boyfriend loved this. It is very sweet, but then I guess that is why the kids like it :)

Corn Dogs
My kids loved the idea of mommy making home made corn dogs. They liked them better than the store bought ones. One hint: if the batter isn't staying on the dog then the oil isn't hot enough. I had that problem :)

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I used Montoray Jack Cheese with this recipe and my family absolutely loved it. My 6 year old has requested it for dinner every night since I cooked it. :) Tonight I am trying porvolone cheese!!! Can't wait to see which they like better. Oh and I rolled the chicken in the breading to evenly coat it instead of sprinkling.
