Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I used Montoray Jack Cheese with this recipe and my family absolutely loved it. My 6 year old has requested it for dinner every night since I cooked it. :) Tonight I am trying porvolone cheese!!! Can't wait to see which they like better. Oh and I rolled the chicken in the breading to evenly coat it instead of sprinkling.
