Baked Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Made this as a last minute dinner (after watching The Chew that was all about different ways to make mac n cheese). It was so good! Even my husband who is not fond of things without meat in them really like it! It was nice and creamy and full of flavor. I only made a couple changes, used garlic salt because I put garlic salt on everything! Had to add a chunk of Velveeta because I didn't have enough cheddar. Only used half a sleeve of crackers because it seemed like too much, but next time I will do the whole thing....yummy!

Fruit Salad Dressing

This was a great addition to a plain fruit salad, especially during the winter when fruit is not as good. Brought it to our Thanksgiving dinner and had many compliments on how good the salad was.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This was a fantastic and super easy recipe. Perfect for those last minute breakfast items. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I had some leftover sugar/butter/cinnamon topping leftover from some muffins I had made and used that along with the other for the top layer. Like some of the other reviewers, mine was very thick also. It did not poor into the pan, I had to spoon it and "try" to spread it. It came out wonderful and the whole family loved it!

Teriyaki Flank Steak

This was an okay recipe. I think the marinade is good, but I prefer to cut my steak into thin strips to put on skewers. Doesn't seem as chewy that way.

Marinated Flank Steak

I made beef fajitas using this marinade last night and the whole family loved it. My husband, who is usually very critical, and usually says things are "okay" really loved it. I added a little Chipotle Chili Pepper seasoning to give it a little Mexican flare, and it turned out great! Thanks for the recipe! We will be keeping this one.
