I always make a recipe twice before adding my thoughts however this one doesn't make the grade. The crust and the top came out both times rubbery, but the birds didn't mind so much.

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce III

Awesome recipe! I have made this numerous times for my family and even get requests for it at work. I add a little lemon juice (1/4 cup) to the sauce after cooking off the alcohol. I have made the sauce both with whiskey and rum, depending what is on hand and either works out well. Thanks

Plain and Simple Sourdough Bread

I love this bread. I am new to baking bread, and the first time I made this my kids and my husband devoured it in 1 hour! I have made this now 5 times and my results are always great.

I am so glad this makes 2 loaves, because evey time I make this my kids just gobble it up. Love the texture of this bread. It is great with butter on it right out of the oven.

Zucchini Brownies

Thank you for posting this recipe.I add a 1/2 cup of buttermilk and 1/4 cup of applesauce to it because the mixture seems too dry without.What a great way to use up those big old zucchini! I have made this recipe 3 times so far and have received rave reviews each time.

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce

This recipe rocks! I made a batch today and simmered short ribs with it. My teenagers ate the ribs right out of the pot! I will definately use this recipe from now on.
