Crispy Chicken Strips

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Excellent recipe. I follow the recipe as written except that I do add a 16oz carton of sour cream and a splash of milk to the mixture before cooking. It is so cheesy, creamy, and yummy!

Passion Bars

Absolutely delicious. I made them just as directed and they were perfect. I took them to church and I had so many compliments and several asked for the recipe. THIS ONE IS A WINNER!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

This recipe requires a bit of work and time, more so than a normal cookie recipe anyway, but it is WELL WORTH IT! I like to ice it with my buttercream icing just thin it down to a drizzling consistency. My family loves these and I do too!

Cinnamon Honey Butter

I LOVE this recipe. It is good on just about any breakfast bread, waffle, pancake, muffin, etc. I make it any time I want to dress up breakfast a bit. It brings raves at church brunches and such. Yum!

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

I use a can of Rotel instead of the green chilies. I also like to cook this in the crock pot. It makes the house smell so great! I shred the pork and serve it with rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, salsa, etc. It's a favorite for sure!

Raspberry Oat Bars

These were FANTASTIC. So goooood! I followed other's advice by adding a few splashes of milk to the bottom layer of mix to hold it together and I also substituted lemon juice for the water. Super easy! You should try it.

Apple Pumpkin Muffins

FANTASTIC! These are delicious. The only chnge that I made was to the apples. I used apple pie filling instead. I did chop the apple pie filling into much smaller pieces before adding it to the batter. These are delicious, especially with the Cinnamon Honey Butter off this site. Will make again..soon!

Southwestern Sausage Drop Biscuits

These were so yummy! I followed the recipe, with the following exceptions: instead of the green onions, I used 1/3 cup of chopped white onion. Also, in place of the diced tomatoes, I used Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies). I also omitted the cayenne because I did use the Rotel. They were delicious right out of the oven, but were great to snack on throughout the day. This recipe made more than 12 biscuits for me. They also took an additional 5 minutes to cook than the recipe stated. Great brunch food!

Fudge Puddles

These were yummy, but super rich. I think next time I will try milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet. That's just my personal taste though. The cookie part was super delicious.

Fudgy Chocolate Cream Pie

This recipe is super easy and tastes sooo good. My only complaint is that it wasn't enough filling for my pie - not as much as I would've liked anyway. I will make this again!

Banana Crumb Muffins

These are so yummy! I also added the 1 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 tsp.cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg to the batter that the other reviewers suggested. I add some chopped walnuts to my topping, but should've also added them to the batter....we love nuts. This is a keeper!

BBQ Country Style Ribs

I didn't really care for this recipe. I was all excited to try it after reading the reviews, but my ribs were tough and not tender like I was expecting. I even baked them longer than I was supposed to. Maybe I bought bigger ribs than normal. Also, I splurged and bought our favorite BBQ sauce from a local restaurant, but the taste we love was ruined by the lemon and garlic. I would like to try to make this recipe again because I love BBQ style ribs, but next time I will probably either leave out the lemon all together or just use a cheap BBQ sauce from the grocery store.
