Ham and Bean Soup

Do yourself a favor and make "real" ham and bean soup. Really wanted to like this based on reviews and ease but it was at best okay.

Didn't realize until the third time I made this that is actually a salad recipe - I have been serving this as a black bean and corn salsa with tortilla chips - it's delicious - don't think I'd enjoy it as much as a salad.

Artichoke Chicken

Sorry, don't get all the rave reviews. I LOVE spinach artichoke dip so I was excited to make this recipe only to learn it tasted better scooped off the chicken with a tortilla chip. The dip doesn't translate well to a chicken topper.

Berry Shortbread Dreams

These are the best - my new favorites. Only change I made was to use 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening. Delicious!

Mocha Soymilk Frappe

My daughter loves the frappes - this is a way less calorie version and just as good - only change I make is to only add 1 T cocoa and 3 t coffee - just a personal preference.
