Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
Made this for Christmas Eve and it was delicious!!! Everyone loved it and thought it was sore bought! I did put a tsp. of cinnamon in the crust. I also wrapped the bottom of the springform pan with aluminium foil and baked it in a water bath to prevent cracking and to cook more evenly. It turned out great!

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2006
My family LOVED this dish! Including my son who is such a picky eater. I didn't have any plum tomatoes so I used sun dried tomatoes.I also used a bit more garlic. I will definitely make this again and again. Thanks!

Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

Reviewed: May 4, 2006
This recipe was delicious! I did alter it a bit. I made my own salsa and added ground beef seasoned w/ taco seasoning. My pie plate did not fit 7 layers (only used 4). It turned out great! Thanks!

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Reviewed: May 9, 2009
These were great! Took these to my job and everyone raved about them. They are the perfect size. I used a mini cupcake pan and also used foil liners to avoid sticking. I also filled the brownie mixture half way. I feel like if I filled it 3/4 full they just overflowed. These are the perfect delectable treat!

White Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
Very good base white sauce recipe! You can add to your tasting. I added 3 grated cloves of garlic, sun dried tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, dried basil, salt, pepper and chopped fresh flat leaf parsley. I also added more milk. Tasted great with whole wheat penne and grilled chicken.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
Absolutely delicious! So easy to make and the best is that there aren't tons of ingredients! Already had everything on hand. Had to use more Parmesan and bread crumbs to coat the chicken though. It had such a great flavor. I served it with mashed potatoes and corn. Will definitely be making this again!

Baked Omelet Roll

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2006
Wonderful recipe! I used a bit less flour as others suggested. I also added crushed red pepper and sausages. I would suggest baking it for 10-12 minutes. I left it in for 15 min and one edge was a bit burnt. Would definitely make this again!

Great alternative to regular breaded chicken! Followed other users suggestions and boiled chicken first while I was preparing everything else. Thanks for the recipe!

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Reviewed: May 2, 2006
Overall a good salad. A bit too sweet for my taste. I used olive oil instead of veg. oil and sub. Splenda for the sugar as others suggested. I would definitely try again with less sweetener.

Stir Fried Pasta with Veggies

Reviewed: May 9, 2009
This was very good and easy to make! I did make some adjustments though. I used whole wheat penne, one extra garlic clove, and no cauliflower (did not have any). I also added a bit more olive oil and some slivered almonds when tossing everything together. Thanks for the great recipe!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
This is the second time I have made this. The first time I had pound cake mix and the this time I didn't have any so I used a butter cake mix. I definitely liked the pound cake better. I also added a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla to the batter as another reviewer suggested. Also instead of chopped pecans I sprinkled ground pecans on top which I liked alot. Very good recipe!

These were good. I think they were a bit dry, but my husband loved them. I topped it with some buttercream icing which was very good!
