Garlic Chicken
Absolutely delicious! So easy to make and the best is that there aren't tons of ingredients! Already had everything on hand. Had to use more Parmesan and bread crumbs to coat the chicken though. It had such a great flavor. I served it with mashed potatoes and corn. Will definitely be making this again!

Peanut Butter Cupcakes
These were good. I think they were a bit dry, but my husband loved them. I topped it with some buttercream icing which was very good!

White Sauce
Very good base white sauce recipe! You can add to your tasting. I added 3 grated cloves of garlic, sun dried tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, dried basil, salt, pepper and chopped fresh flat leaf parsley. I also added more milk. Tasted great with whole wheat penne and grilled chicken.
