This recipe was soooooo good! I used two turkey breast (1.5 lb total) and marinated for 2 hours. I put them on the grill for some color (about 15 minutes total) and then put them in the crock pot with a can of beef broth and a splash of white wine. I cooked it on low for six hours and the meat had such good flavor and was fall apart tender! thanks for sharing this recipe!

Cucumber Sandwiches I

These are soooooo good! I made them for a boat/beach day, and they were so refreshing on a hot sunny day. wrapped them tightly and kept in a cooler until served. Everyone loved them! Thanks!

Mango Salsa

very good!!!! I used a little red onion instead of the green. I put peppers, onion,lemom and lime juice, and cilantro in food processor, then added hand cut mango at end. Served with fried tortilla triangles, and Husband loved! We have also used on fish tacos which was excellent! Thanks for the recipe!

Crab Crusted Grouper

very good!!! Husband loved it, but said it was very filling. You need to factor in the stuffing, so the fish can actually feed more people than you would think. I loved the flavors in the stuffing topping! I squeezed fresh lemon on while eating. Thanks for a great recipe!

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

Very good!! Very easy to play with ingredients to suit personal taste...like more hot sauce and lemon. My shrimp were not very large, so I did cut the grilling time down. Thanks for the recipe!
