No meat for Lent. It's a calling for me.

I love meat. A great steak can make my night. I love a good pork tenderloin. Chicken-yes please! Mmmm prime rib.
So, why do I feel called to give up meat for Lent? I wonder if its because deep down I feel like I need less meat in my diet...for health as well as economics..a little cleaner lifestyle all around. Or is it? I need ideas. I like seafood, most all,
but really don't branch out far from salmon, scallops, shrimp, catfish...even those I want to try different ways to prepare. Mushrooms and beans are in my diet on a regular basis, but not as the main act. I have a lot of work in front of me if I am going
to stay meat-free for the next six plus weeks. I would love to hear words of wisdom to help me along. Ideas for recipes as well as thoughts and foods.
