Rolled Fondant

Very good recipe for fondant. It's very easy to work with. I used exact ingredients but did have to put more sugar but it turned out very well. Nice texture and consistency.

Colleen's Potato Crescent Rolls

I used mashed paradise banana or mashed sweet potato and they turned out great! Also I added some bacon, onion and chives as stuffing and it was such a wonderful combination!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Should definitely let it sit for a bit because it keeps on melting in your hands while kneading. It makes it looks like greasy but once you get more sugar the texture is not that smooth anymore.

It is a cake that can really impress everyone! I got the holy leaves from the neighbors fence (it looks like one) and I used glace cherries for the berries. I baked the muschroom shaped cookies (cap + stem, stick them with cream). It turns out really well and it's really nice as seen in the picture!
