About this Cook
I love to cook, but working two jobs doesn't give me much time. Right now i'm expirementing with ways to take quick bake "box foods" and make them taste almost homemade.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite thing to cook is just a basic fetticini noodle with a garlic parmasion sauce with brocclie and chicken. My other favorite is a Chicken pot pie, I took elements of both my mother and my brothers recipies and made my own, that has become quite popular amoungst my friends.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Egg O'Brians, Casnip, and Halopsies are three recipies handed down from my mothers side of the family. The O'Brians were a favorite breakfast treat my grandfather made my mother and her sisters.

Pesto Chicken Florentine
Great recipe. I made this for dinner when my parents came to visit. My father had seconds, that is the best complement any italian food can have, being he dislikes italian. Very easy to make, tastes great reheated the second day as well.

Petits Fours Frosting
Frosting went very hard very fast, ended up using a double boiler system to keep it soft enough to work with. No advice or amounts of flavoring to use. Recipie makes a very small amount of frosting.
