Garlic Chicken

So easy to make. I added rosemary to the garlic and sauted until fragrant and then dipped chicken in.

First time making crown roast, I made it for Easter and everyone loved it. The butcher seasoned it for me. I didn't put the ground pork in the stuffing just the sausage, sounded to salty to me otherwise. Wonderful combination in the stuffing with the apple, pork and sage.

Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices

I was looking for something new for fish, always make the same two recipes. Didn't have a lot of Paprika so I did 1T paprika and 1T coriander. Makes a really nice crust over the fish and a beautiful color.

Chicken Chimi in the Oven

I've made this several times, it is so delicious. Last time I put shredded pepperjack cheese on the tortilla before the filling.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

I had 3 pork chops but I still doubled the sauce because it didn't really cover the chops with just one batch. WE enjoyed the flavor. I also added onion and mushrooms with the meat.

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

I par-bake the meatballs in the oven before putting in the slow cooker. Very nice flavor to the sauce, but definately a heavy meal.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

I marinated it overnight and reduced soy sauce due to reviews that said it was too salty. THe meat was so tender and moist. We loved it.

Roasted Potatoes with Greens

The rosemary and spinach made my home smell wonderful and added a subtle but delicious taste. However, I would spray the pan next time or use 3T of butter. Great side dish.
