Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2007
Very good taste! As some others suggested, I sauteed the ingrediants together and then drizzled over the fish. I also topped with some from parmesan cheese during the last 5 mins. Yummy!

Cookie Dough for Ice Cream (Eggless)

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2006
ooooohhhh...soooo good! I actually quadruple this recipe, and then scoop it out onto a cookie sheet in small little heaps, as if you were going to bake it, but then put it in the freezer. If you can hold off on eating them all, they will last for about 2 weeks in a freezer safe container.

Key Lime Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2006
A really good recipe. Very tart, but if you add a little whipped cream on top, or sprinkle with some powder sugar, it really balances out nicely. Definatly a make again.

Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2006
MMMMM...delicious! I followed a few other's suggestions, and hardened up the caramel and nuts for about an hour. I also drizzeled caramel on top of the cake after it was baked and cooled, and topped off with some more chopped pecans..it was beautiful and yummy.

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

A bit strong in coffee flavor for me..next time I may try decreasing the instant coffee a bit...or adding some cocoa powder in to offset it..over all pretty good though.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2006
This is a good strawberry swirl cheesecake, but I would reccomend using more strawberry. I actually reserved about 1c, and found that I was wanting more. The cheesecake part was good too..as with all of my cheesecakes, I did a water bath, and it came out very smooth and creamy.

Mexican Lasagna Chip Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
As Rachel Ray would say...YUMM-O! I made this for a party, and it was scooped up quickly! I followed someone else's suggestion, and after layering the cream cheese, threw it in the oven for 5 mins to soften it up a bit, then spread it out, and THEN added the shredded cheese. This is definatly a make again!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
Mmmmmm..two of my favorite desserts in one! The cookie dough spread throughout the cheesecake while baking, so nearly every bite has a taste of it. Really yummmy. This would be a great alternitive to the traditional birthday cake!

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
This came out beautiful to look at, but when bit into, it was VERY dense and VERY chocolaty. However, I am not a big fan of this one..it was much more truffle than cheesecake..maybe it just wasn't what I expected. A+ for apperance, C- for taste and texture.

Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
REALLY REALLY GOOD! I hold an annual Cheesecake Party every year in December, and this was one of this year's samples. Among 11 other cheesecakes, this was voted on by the majority of my family and friends as the favorite of the night. The only change I made was to make my crust out of cinnamon graham crackers, butter, and ground pecans instead of using a store bought one..I think it really enhanced the flavor. The apples on the bottom were a nice surprise mixed in with the cheesecake. This is definatly a make again!

Cranberry Relish I

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2006
This one came out looking like cranberrys, but tasting like oranges...not what I expected. I made it the day before Thanksgiving so it could set up overnight, but the orange taste just got stronger. I most likely won't be making this one again.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2006
MMMMMMMMMM....YUMMY! This was an amazing recipe in terms of prep, taste, and cleanup! As a few others had suggested, for the last hour or so, I took the lid off the pot so it would get a little crispy..it worked perfectly! There was an amazing combination of moist and crisp..just wonderful. Word to the wise..be sure to spray your cooker with nonstick cooking spray, so you don't have a big mess at the end, and you can suck up every last bit of this amazing stuff!

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2006
A+ Recipe! Absolutely amazing, and not super hard...don't be intimidated by the ingrediants!! Also, don't change the crust..I too normally don't prefer graham cracker crusts as they are usually boring, but the pecans and 2 types of sugar really make this an amazing crust...simply wonderful all the way around!

Traditional Reuben Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2006
Since I detest Reubens, but the rest of my family loves 'em, I thought I would try it.My husband and kids really liked this one. The only thing they all agreed on would be to add more of the thousand island mixture next time. It apparently made a good lunch the next day around, as my husband said it heated up well in the microwave.

Key Lime Cookies I

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2006
These are perfection in the form of a cookie - it's the excellent mixture of tart and sweet that does it for me. Also, as some had suggested, I added an extra 1/2 cup of flour + 1 bag of white chocolate chips, and instead of rolling them, just dropped them with a cookie scoop(like you would for choc. chip cookies). This made the texture soft and chewy...mmmm...gonna go have another right now!
