AMAZING! I make the dough in my breadmaker and the family loves the flavor. I did exchange vanilla with coconut extract!

We love them!!! I used cole slaw mix, added some chinese 5 spice and some bean sprouts. Served them with ginger/sesame soy dipping sauce and sweet and sour sauce.

Kraut Bierocks

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2010
These are so good! I make them all summer long to take along to baseball and football games with the kids. They keep for a few days in the fridge and even frozen and reheated they are very tasty! We worked out a manufacturing line to make them and got the time down to 20 min for double the recipe. I make the dough in my breadmaching on the dough setting!

John's Tasty German Cherry Beer

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2009
I am from Germany and did not care that much for this one! Back home we use not just any beer to make this kind of drink. We use Hefeweizen! Can also be made with banana juice or Coke!!! 'Banane Weizen or Cola Weizen' Coke and Sprite (lemon soda) are the only things we would add to a normal beer like pilsner or export. Coke makes it a "Dirty Beer-Dreckiges" and mixed with Sprite it is called "Radler" In Germany, Beer is SERIOUS BUSINESS :o)

Neat Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
I top the whole thing with cheese and let it melt under the broiler. Less messy and the kids love it! Added some Liquid Smoke, Steak Pepper and used Seasoned Salt. Will make this one more often!

Mini Key Lime Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
I made these as Mini Cupcakes. (Not the normal sized ones as the recipe says) It sure was a lot of work to frost all the tiny cupcakes but they turned out great! Very cute! Will make 'normal' sized ones next time. And for Eastern I might even use different colors to tint the frosting. Not very Key Lime like but pastels go great with the Easter theme.

Butter Snow Flakes

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
I used this recipe with my Wilton Press and the flower shaped stencil. Filled the center with homemade jam that I heated up first. (Place cookies on wax paper before filling them!) They tasted great!!! Also tried to fill the centers with melted chocolate. And another batch with chocolate as first layer topped with jam. These are sooo good!!!

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
THIS IS SOOO GOOOOD!!! I stick to the recipe, but use Brown Sugar flavored Corn Syrup from Karo and Light Brown Sugar. (Its what I had at the house) 3 Bags of Natural Popcorn seem to be the perfect amount. Some reviews say it is too greasy, but if you stick with the Natural Popcorn and wait till it is COMPLETELY cooled off, you wont get greasy fingers. I make this every week for our family movie night!

German Zwiebelkuchen (Onion Pie)

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2007
this is very close to the Zwiebelkuchen my grandma used to make an easy yeast dough would be more authentic in germany you can buy this in every bakery where it is served with very young wine (wich is sparkly and sweet) it is a seasonal dish so when you serve this... add a light sweet wine and a cheese platter with some rustic bread
