Michael's Foccacia Bread

This was awesome! I followed the advice of some other reviewers and put in a little less salt. I even went cheap on the recipe by using dry rosemary (cut down to 1/3) and dried minced onions (cut down to 1/4th), and it still turned out amazing. My family loved it. Thanks for sharing!

Wow! We were really sceptical about these, but they are so delicious on the grill. It has sort of a deep-dish pizza taste. I almost prefer these to actual pizza!

Basil Tomato Soup

This was good. It seemed to be missing something (maybe it was the tomatoes we used). We doubled the sugar and added some onion powder and it seemed to help. I don't think it needs quite as much butter as it calls for. I'll probably half the butter next time.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

This was so good! Everyone at our family gathering loved them. I made the following changes, per the suggestion of other reviewers because I wanted more of a brownie texture: 3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 29 oz. can pumpkin, half the baking powder and soda, and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (instead of cinnamon) The texture was very similar to a brownie and they were moist. I'll be making this over and over again from now on.

This is SO good. We've made it several times. We usually add a tsp of cumin and 1 tsp of red pepper flakes and it ends up being the perfect spiciness for us.

Guaco-Tacos

This was great! I didn't use jalapeno (didn't have any on hand) and it still turned out excellent. When I made this a second time (still omitting jalepeno) I included taco-seasoned ground turkey in the taco. It was more hearty and even better than it was the last time!

Key Lime Cheesecake I

This recipe is, as many reviewers have pointed out, a little bitter. To fix that, I drizzled raspberry syrup over it. That's a better fix than covering it in whipped cream, and it adds a nice summer flavor.

Beef and Broccoli

Don't be deceived by all the high ratings. This recipe is a quick one, but doesn't taste that great. The tomato flavor was odd. We won't be making it again.
