Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze

Excellent taste! My husband and I like salmon, but have tired of it fixed the same way. So I decided to try this recipe. I didn't have any Burbon on hand except for honey flavored. Well that was the kicker! What flavor...I will make it again the same way and soon.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

This is my first bad review and I hate to leave one but I made this especially for my fiance'. He loves mexican food and enjoys casseroles. He could not eat it. The texture was a soupy, sloppy mess. I followed the recepe exactly except I cut it in half.

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup

My Fiance' dislikes soup for some reason unbeknown st to me. Where as I enjoy homemade soup of any kind especially in the winter. I came across this recipe and decided I would try it out on him. We, yes we loved it! The texture was perfect and the flavor awesome. This is the best potato soup recipe I have ever made!

Old Fashioned Lemon Pie

I was so excited I finally found the directions for making my late Mother's lemon meringue pie! I had the list of ingredients of hers, but no directions on how to make it. It tasted the same, I followed the directions from this recipe to a tee. Everything went well, the lemon thickened to perfection and the meringue was piled high and browned. With our tummies full of expectations I cut it after refrigerating it for at least 3 hours and the filling was runny with water. It tasted fine, but was inedible. I tossed it! Can anyone tell me what went wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.......
