Cheese Fondue

I'm sure it's just my taste, but I didn't enjoy the flavor of this fondue at all. I doubt traditional cheese fondue is up my alley. I would try the cheeses first to make sure you'll enjoy the final product.

Chipotle Chicken

Really tasty! I doubled the recipe but only used one can of chipotle peppers, and I'm glad I didn't double those too. It was spicy enough with only one can of peppers.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

The flavor was delicious and the chicken was incredibly moist. Too moist. The chicken just fell apart when you tried to take it out of the crockpot, so it was pretty messy. In all fairness, I let it cook a bit longer than the recipe called for, so that may have been part of the problem.

Casablanca Chili

I won a chili cook off at my work with this recipe! It's unique, tasty, and easy to make. You can add habaneros to spice it up or replace the meat with cubes or extra firm tofu for a vegetarian version and it still tastes great. I always make a double batch and it never lasts long.
