About this Cook
I have been cooking since I was old enough to stand on a chair,,right next to my mom as she was cooking. I still to this day, bake and cook daily
My favorite things to cook
I work as a baker,, and and have worked other places, always in the kitchen! chef, short order cook,, prep cook,,Its my most favorite place in the whole world- my kitchen! My favorites are desserts and homemade breads of any kind! I love working with yeast!
My favorite family cooking traditions
getting together on holidays and always having a huge feast! My mom and I would prepare for several days!
My cooking triumphs
I have baked and cooked my whole life,,I have an awesome recipe for cinnamon rolls that I make at my workplace and they sell like wildfire! I can't keep them on the shelf.People buy them while still warm!
My cooking tragedies
Not too many tragedies, used salt instead of sugar, once in peanut butter cookies, used cumin powder instead of chili powder,,just once I burned some green beans,, told hubby they were "cajun" hehe

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I have made this recipe many many times and it is , by far, the best of the best~! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give it 100! It is a delectable dessert! It IS important not to overbeat it, and also make sure you mix only with a wooden spoon. Guaranteed perfect every time~! Kudos to the creator!

Hearty Tuna Casserole
I tried this, and the second time I made an addition to it. I added 1/2 can of French fried onion rings. It was totally yummy and will make it again!
