Glazed Corned Beef

I only cooked this for 2 hours. Any longer and we wouldn't have been able to eat it. However, I will never make corned beef without the glaze again. Amazing flavor!

Chicken and Artichoke Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes

This was wonderful! One slice was filling enough for a whole meal. I used a light pesto base, and was able to use homegrown tomatoes, which made for excellent flavor. Fresh basil is a must!

Bailey's Sundae Coffee Drink

Chilled Salmon With Summer Tomato Salsa

The salsa is amazing. Great summer recipe. Adding a little seasoning to the salmon while cooking gives it great flavor, too.

Very easy and pretty good. I agree these would probably be better in a puff pastry. Adding some avacado would probably give it a little more flavor as well.

Three Cheese Baked Pasta

I used a four cheese pasta sauce and added a little sausage. Next time, I would probably use less sour cream and more mozzarella, and add a little Italian Seasoning.
