This soup is alot like a certain chain restaurant. It's a great way to use kale. I do, however, use fat free evaporated milk instead of the heavy cream. I also use smoked turkey sausage instead of pork. I do like my soup a little thick so I add about 2 T. of cornstarch with 4 T. water and add it to the broth to thicken. My little girl even likes this one.
