Mom's Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2006
Delicious!!! On my first batch I didn't know what to expect so I over used the butter and under used the peanuts, Next batch though I doubled the peanuts and left the butter to just what I greased the pan with...PERFECTION!!!! My husband and kids will have it all gone by the time the holidays even start, which is fine because it was a cinch to make! Enjoy!!!

White Chocolate Party Mix

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2006
This tastes DELICIOUS, however as a chocolate novice they were very sticky, even after cooling. I refrigerated it and that helped, though we'll see what happens when I put it out and it warms up. I did use a professional chocolate melter so I don't think I over melted the chocolate, but again I am a chocolate novice. All in all I would like to perfect it because it was very easy and just a yummy no matter how sticky!

Pfeffernusse III

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2006
These taste very good. My husband was happy since he was the one who wanted them because his Grandmother used to make them as a kid. They were hard as a rock though, but I;m told they are supposed to be.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2006
I brough these to a Christmas party as an appetixer abd everyone LOVED them. I was surprised out how hot the cayenne made them and could do them with or without that next time. They were SO quick and easy to make and I thought the recipe was great as is, though the idea of adding crabmeat as one reviewer mentioned sounds good to try. You will not be disappointed.
