I forgot to take the recipe home so forgot to put in the garlic, but I didn't miss it, this was AWESOME!! Loved it and very simple! I froze the leftovers to have another night! Thank You, I will be making this ALOT!!! Used hoagie buns and swiss cheese over the tops of them! mmmm

Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

OMG OMG OMG I LOVED this chicken!! The flavor of it was Wonderful!!! I enjoyed the gravy as well and will definetly be making this more often!! Soo yummy!!!

Cashew Chicken with Water Chestnuts

I did have to add a little more broth to get a consistancy I liked but otherwise followed recipe to the T. It was good, I think next time I'd add more cashews but that's just a personal preference, served it over jasmine rice. Yum!

Bev's Chocolate Pie

This is my husbands favorite pie, I use a store bought graham cracker crust that I baste with egg white and bake for about 8minutes before putting the filling in. Yummy!!!!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

I used this on salmon and next time I'll double the sauce. It was fabulous!! I made jasmine rice and placed the salmon on top and would have liked a little more sauce to have with the rice. Great Meal, Thank You!!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

We like this alot, I did add the peanuts and that really did make the recipe for me!! I will make this again!! I didn't give it 5 stars because not all my popcorn was covered good, thought I needed a bit more liquid but otherwise the taste was still there!

Cinnamon Corn

I didn't care for this but DH liked it! I think I should have cooked the milk into the flour/margarine mixture until it got to a "sauce" and then added the corn. Mine the sauce turned to a paste like and I could not eat it!! Soo I gave it 3 stars.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Oh this was GOOD!!! I did add a little velveeta to the milk/soup mixture but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I will make this AGAIN!!! Thank You!

Fluffy White Frosting

Aunt Bert's White Cake

I love white cake, it is my Favorite and this just didn't even come close to being what I was hoping it would be! The 3 egg yolks make it more yellow then white and it just didn't thrill me with flavor. Sorry aunt bert!

Szechwan Shrimp

Yummy!!! I did quadruple the sauce since I was serving it over rice. DH is picky but he enjoyed it! I did not quadruple the red pepper though, left it as single serving quantity.
