Kafta (BBQ)

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2008
This was soooo good!! Tastes just like the way my mom makes it. I doubled the allspice because I didnt think what the recipe called for was enough. I chopped the parsley and onion in the food processor and shaped Kafta into small patties. Cooked them on my george foreman grill. Next time I will add some chopped garlic to the mixture, but this was very very good!! Thanks :)

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
I have made this roast twice in the past two weeks. Me and my husband absolutely enjoyed this one. I roasted mine for about 2 1/2 hours, i like my meat well down so I let it roast till the internal temp reached 175. I even injected the roast with some melted maragarine before baking to give it a more "juicy" taste.

Deviled Eggs I

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
I personally never had deviled eggs before so this was pretty good; however it had a overpowering mayonnaise "taste" to it. Maybe next time i will put less mayonnaise, but over all it was pretty good.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2008
This recipe sounded good so i made it, but when I tasted the lime/garlic mixture by itself, it was a bit too sour. So I sprinkled chicken with the mixture instead of coating it, then I added shredded colby cheese on the chicken to melt. Tasted great!!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2007
Awesome!! I loved this. I made them for my daughters one year birthday party. I made some with plain chocolate, i dipped others in coconut, and chopped walnuts. They were a hit. Served them the same day as I prepared them, otherwise they would of made the chocolate run as other reviewers mentioned.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2007
These were absolutely delicious!! I made half the batch to kind of test it out, I loved it. I am doubling the recipe tomorrow to make for my sister in law who just had a baby. I used strawberry jelly instead of raspberry because thats all I had. Very good, definitely going to add as one of my favorites.

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2007
This was soooo delicious!! Before cooking, I "stabbed" chicken with knife to make sure all flavors got into it, then placed chicken into a ziploc bag with half a packet of mild taco seasoning, along with about a 1/8 cup of water. I let sit in refrigerator about an hour before cooking, i then followed the recipe, except i didnt have shredded cheddar cheese, so on each breast i just placed half of a slice of kraft cheese, with some shredded mozzarella cheese. I served it with some white rice. this turned out great and i will definitely be making it again. thank you for such a great recipe :]

Beef Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2006
This was the first time I have ever made enchiladas and came out pretty good, but it was not what i was expecting. I did what some other people did and added taco seasoning to the meat. Next time I would probably try using a different type of enchilada seasoning mix, but overall it was pretty good

Baked Salmon with Basil and Garlic

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2006
This recipe was awesome, made just as it said in the recipe except I added a minced jalapeno to give it a spicy flavor. Me and my husband loved it and will be making this again and again.
