Fancy-But-Easy Mac N' Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
It was way too sweet. If you plan on making this, leave the brown sugar out or greatly reduce it. No one in the family liked it.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Not great, but not bad. I would probably make again if when I need a quick and easy recipe.

Homemade Yummy Fudge

Reviewed: May 25, 2004
This is an easy and tasty recipe. We liked it. The mixture is way too stiff, though. I thought I was going to burn the motor of my KitchenAid. I did add 2 tablespoons of milk. I could have easily used more. My husband liked the flavor, but felt it was too dry and I agree. Next time I may add some melted butter and more milk.

BLT Dip

Reviewed: May 13, 2004
Super easy to make and everyone loved it. I served it with Doritos Guacamole chips and regular potato chips. We liked it best with the regular chips.

Fluff Dip for Fruit

Reviewed: May 13, 2004
This is the best! Wonderful! Everyone at my party loved it and wanted the recipe. I made it with Kahlua. Can't wait to try it with Amaretto. I also made it once with Irish Cream and did not like it as well.

Fudgy Brownies II

Reviewed: May 11, 2004
These were ok, but not the best. My husband and I both like the Betty Crocker double chocolate mix better than this - seriously. I'm going to try another fudge brownie recipe on this site.

Key Lime Cake II

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2003
This was a good, moist cake;however, I was disappointed. It was not what I was looking for. It tasted like a lemon cake and no key lime flavor to it.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2002
This was easy to make and so delicious. My husband loved it and is not a veggie lover. My 18 month old said, "Yummmm" every time he took a bite. I'll definitely make this again.

Rocky Road Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2002
I had some trouble with this and ended up starting over and adapting my own recipe. I heated the condensed milk and cocoa on low, but it was too thick and did not mix smoothly with the heavy cream. The cream ended up with clumps of this cocoa mixture that I could not get smoothed out. I discarded everything and made up my own recipe - leaving the condensed milk out.
