About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love comfort food... lots of heavy, rich, stick to your ribs stuff. No counting calories allowed. I enjoy making everything from Italian to All American bakes and desserts.

Quick and Easy Shrimp Fajitas
Like the other reviews recommended, I cut the ingredients by half and used frozen cooked shrimp for convenience. With only a half of seasoning packet I felt it made plenty of sauce and the shrimp had plenty flavor, no marinating needed. Thanks for sharing, will def make this again!

Tomato Basil Penne Pasta
Its a keeper! Really easy to make, I usually keep most of these ingredients in my house already so this side dish had been added to our regular rotation. The only thing I did different was used wheat penne instead of regular penne. Goes great with breaded chicken cutlets (or adding leftover chicken cutlets cut into small pieces)

Chicken Marsala
I don't know... it was missing something. Maybe I did something wrong? I may try this again, had such great reviews.
