Fresh Rhubarb Pie
Oh my Lord is this pie fantastic! I made this as the directions stated and it came out beautifully--the other reviewers were right: don't mix the sugar/flour with the rhubarb. It wasn't grossly chewy, it wasn't too sweet or too tart. Just perfect. I used a crust recipe that used both butter and shortening; on a hot summer day the crust wasn't easy to put together, but that's no fault of this recipe's. Thanks for posting!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
I would give it 5 stars, but I made the following modifications: 2 chicken breasts, cubed (Browned with a few shakes of Old Bay) 1 can of chunk chicken in water (because I didn't want to open another pack of chicken for one more breast) 1/4 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped baby carrots 1/2 c. chopped medium onion 1 6 oz pkg of Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice, Herbed Chicken seasoning subbed 1 c. heavy cream/1 c. milk for 2 c. milk. cut back flour from 3/4 c. to 1/3 c. I browned all chicken in 1 T. olive oil while cooking the rice. When chicken was brown, I put it in the pot with the water/broth, boiled, then added the rice. Then in 1/3 c. butter, I sauteed the veggies until soft and tossed them in with the chicken and rice to simmer. I followed the recipe as listed from 2. onward. This is a great base recipe--we will certainly be making this soup again!

Sweet and Sour Chicken III
I made this last week and my husband still talks about how great it was. I followed this recipe to the letter...we'll definitely be making this again. Great to have while watching "House of Flying Daggers" :)
