These were fabulous! I used 1 cup of finely chopped apples in place of the applesauce and omitted the raisins.

Pork Chop Suey

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
This recipe was pretty tasty. I used chicken instead of pork and green peppers instead of red as I didn't have any red peppers. I also added about 1/4 cup chopped onions. Very simple and quick to put together on a week night.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
These taste excellent however I was a little perturbed that it only made 8. Not perturbed enough to not give it 5 starts because they are really good! I used brown sugar in the crumb topping instead of white sugar.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
This could be better but I think the whole point of this recipe is the simpleness. I would change it up: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces coarse salt and ground pepper 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces 1 package frozen seasoning blend - onion, celery, peppers, etc. 3 garlic cloves 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes 1/4 cup franks hot wing sauce 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 tablespoon honey

Bacon Roll Ups II

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
This recipe was great! I love a recipe that calls for such a short ingredient list. I used Natures Pride Nutty Oat bread. I cut the bread up and spread them with cream cheese, I sprinkled them with Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple. I rolled them up wrapped them in bacon and sprinkled brown sugar on top. Delightful and easy!

Mango Blueberry Muffins With Coconut Streusel

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
The muffin of the Gods! I tweaked this recipe just a bit. I used brown sugar rather than white sugar for the streusel and I only used 1 cup of sugar for the muffin mix. I left out the 1/4 cup flour at the bottom of the ingredient list completely by accident. I was able to make 12 muffins rather than the 16 it states in the servings. These were absolutely perfect!

Baked Ziti with Sausage

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
This recipe was super easy to make. I used mozzarella and provolone cheese for my Italian cheese blend and it was great! Next time I will split this recipe up into two pans and freeze one for a later date.

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
This recipe is some! The only thing I did differently is I used Rhodes frozen rolls (thawed) and dried chives since I didn't have any green onions on hand. I will be making this recipe again!

Chuck's Molasses French Toast

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
This recipe is so good! I made it at a family camp out with the boy scouts. I whipped up the custard the night before at home and put it in the cooler. All we had was Shop n Save white bread but it was oh so tasty and it had rave reviews from the scouts and leaders! Will definitely be making this again!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
These were so yummy. I didn't have any white wine so I added chicken broth as a substitute. Other than that, I didn't change a thing. My family loved them and it was a relatively simple recipe. I had everything in the pantry for it. I made mashed potatoes and topped them with the "gravy" from the pork chops.
