Not Your Mother's Pumpkin Bread

This was pretty good but would have been amazing without the cloves. Normally cloves goes well with pumpkin, but the flavors clashed for some reason. Without the clove it was REALLY great.

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

This was really easy and really good. I was a little hesitant about vinegar and soy sauce. But I used 2 onions, apple cider vinegar and the full measurements of soy sauce(despite reviews) and this was soooo good. The whole family had seconds and thirds. The flavor was sweet slightly tangy and not salty at all. Will defiantly put this in the regular rotation. Thank you!

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Ok I altered this recipe A LOT. Left out the brocculi entirely and added mushrooms, red bell peppers, and more onion. It was awsome! A good base to add whatever you like best. Will definatly make again. I should have made two pie crusts because there was enough to fill two, had to throw some out :( But imagine if i'd had the brocculi, it takes up much more space.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

I love this! Have made it twice, the second time I doubled the chicken, because husband likes lots of meat,and it tasted like tuna caserole :( You should stay with the called for ammount. I used, both times, chicken from the boiled chicken recipe on this site, much easier and alot faster. I make the chicken and have cooked chicken for this recipe, encheladas, and curry chicken sandwiches for hubbys lunch. YUMMY!!!

Arroz Con Pollo Burritos

This was good but just not that good. Husband liked it alot but I just wasnt a fan. Would have been really good with tortillas, guac, sour cream and maybe lettuce. But by it self it was just lacking something.

Zucchini Cake III

We loved this, was really close to diner and forgot that we were baking diner so took it out really early, about 30 min early, but was still awsome, super moist. Will make this again and try baking the right ammount of time.

Creme Brulee French Toast

This was really good but REALLY sweet (and I cut the sugar in half) directions weren't clear so i cooked the sugar mixture until it boiled which made it turn out similar to toffee yum. Im not a fan of sweet things but could handle this every once and a while, whole family LOVED it. As for cleaning easy peasie, and we let it set for a couple hours before cleaning the pan. I would definatly recommend cutting the sugar and corn syrup in half, at least. But will make this again because it was a big hit w/ everyone else.

Salmon Cakes III

Wow! We loved these. I used leftover salmon from the night before. Very strong flavor here which we loved. I made an sauce to serve with it. mayo kalamata olives, dehidrated garlic and onion, paprika, and a splash of hot sauce yummy!

Chewy Granola Bars

Perfect. We have this on a regular basis, but be sure to use enough honey. I did less one day because we ran out and i thought it would be fine...nope, crumbly and dry but yummy granola. Oh yeah almost forgot, I added 1/2 c. coconut, about 1c, nuts and brought the choc. chips down to 1/2 c. healthier and very yumy.

Pumpkin Casserole

We loved this I cut the sugar in half to make it healthier and was still amazing. My picky 4 year old even loved it, disapeared fast. Plus pumpkin is soooo good for you lots of vitamins. Will make again and soon.

Buitoni's Garden Pasta Salad

Yummy! I only did about half the brocculi an lots of red bell peppers simply because of my own tastes, big hit with everyone. We had it w/ dinner and my husband had the rest fow lunch at work over a week, saved very well and he said was good to the very last bite (plus a good way to sneak veggies into his lunch)

Little Meat Loaves

The whole house LOVED these. We froze half of them and they were still amazing a week later, even a friend who hates meatloaf loved them. Be sure to only use about half of the topping we used all and had to scrape most of it off, too sweet. Other than that yummy, will definatly make again!

Garden Tomato Salsa

This salsa was awsome, better than mexican restraunt salsa. But we saved some for 2 days in the refrigerator and when we pulled it out it wasnt bad but very different we didnt really like it then, i think it was something about the vinegar but not really sure. If youre planing to eat most of it that day, for a get together or something i HIGHLY recommend this because it was really good.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

The whole family LOVED this, even my picky 4 year old. I used boneless ribs and reduced the heat to 300 and cooked for 4 hours also covered for the first 1 1/2 hours. AWSOME and very tender!
