Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2008
Great! I made the following changes, though: reduced sugar considerably, added water, and used about half the tomato paste. Nice consistency.

I made this with small pork chunks, added pineapple, and stir-fried it. Delicious!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
Great! I made some changes, though: 1 pound of spinach and 2 cans of artichoke hearts, with 1/2 cup of sour cream instead of the mayo. I forgot the garlic powder and it was not missed. My guests clustered around it and quickly made it disappear!

Bread Machine Swedish Coffee Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2007
Great! I doubled everything except the cardamom (did 3 rounded tsp)so I'd have one to keep and one to give. The loaves were gorgeous and it smelled like a bakery in my house.

Zucchini Bread IV

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2007
This was absolutely delicious. I did not try a crumb topping, but DID throw in a generous handful of chocolate chips. Didn't have nuts, so left those out. I told my 3 and 5 year old boys that it was "Chocolate Z-bread" to avoid making reference to anything nutritious... They (and their big sister) ate it all up and begged for more. Next time I'll try it as mini muffins with a crumbly topping.

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2006
Delicious and easy to assemble. My kids and husband loved it. I baked it in a 12" round ceramic dish which made for a very attractive presentation. It would be great for company.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2006
Absolutely wonderful recipe. Light and tasty and could definitely serve for sandwiches or on their own as rolls. I didn't go by estimated rise times - just looked at the buns and and popped them in the oven when they looked nice and big. I have also made 24 mini-buns with these for my kids and they are always a hit.
