Cream Cheese, Garlic, and Chive Stuffed Chicken
Tasted good, but the wrapping in bacon and securing with tooth picks just eluded me. The chicken didn't fold all the way over the cream cheese mixture, and it just squished out of the sides when I tried to secure with toothpicks. I ended up laying the bacon and the sauce over the chicken.

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley
The tomato on top was pretty flavorless after being in the oven. The red pepper flakes gave it heat but this could use more salt and more flavor.

Cowboy Casserole
Tried this with half chili beans and half baked beans. Way to sweet. Had to add spices to take some of the sweet out. Next time I'll just use chili beans.
