Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

I seasoned the chicken and then poured the BBQ sauce over the chicken and baked without doing the first bake with no sauce. This is great! Just your basic BBQ chicken!

Perfect Sesame Chicken

HEALTHY OPTION: I made the sauce and then added the uncooked chopped chicken (no breading) to it and threw it all in the oven at 400 for about 30 minutes. Then I added about 2 tbsp and 4 tbsp of water to the sauce to thicken it. It was great served over rice and with fresh steamed green beans! Thanks for the recipe!

Brownie Biscotti

I have been wanting to make biscotti for forever and this is the perfect recipe! Per other reviewers' suggestions, I used parchment paper and turned the oven down to 250 for the second baking time. I will def be making these again for the holiday season!

Jalapeno Quail Appetizers

These are so good! Cooking them on the grill is the best! Also, if I don't have quail then I just wrap the bacon around the jalapeno and they are still delicious!

I'm sorry but this had no flavor and I even added more garlic than normal and a lot more fresh herbs! I was so excited to try this but it did not meet my expectations! I redecued the recipe to 4 servings and it ended up making about 6 very healthy servings. I will NOT be making this again!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

This is the BEST recipe I have ever made from this site! I made it with fresh herbs but followed everything else to the T! I put the chops in the oven for just a few minutes at 200 (to keep them warm) while I was finishing the mashed potatoes and steamed green beans! My BF and I loved this and will def be making this again!!!!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Delicious! I did not add onions or celery (per others' reviews) but I did add 8 oz of mushrooms (whole mushrooms cut into fourths). I was going to add the brown gravy mix at the end but I accidentally threw it away when I threw away the grocery bags. Anyways, it was still DELICIOUS and I would even make it that way again!! Thanks for the recipe!

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever

I made this cheesecake a week ago and only 2 pieces are gone so I guess it wasn't a hit! I def would NOT add the lemon juice that was recommended unless you want a lemon cheesecake!

I love stuffed potatoes but this was missing something! I didn't like the crunchiness of the onion so I would suggest using green onions. Sorry but I will not be making this again!

Lettuce with Hot Bacon Dressing

Sorry but this was way too salty and I like salt! I even made this with spinach add it was still bad. I would recommend just doing a spinach salad with egg and bacon and then putting a balsamic vineger dressing on it.

This was excellent! My grocery store did not have yellow tomatoes so i just used 2 red tomatoes, 1 yellow bell pepper and 1 jalapeno. Next time I will add another jalapeno. Thanks for the recipe!

Zucchini Alfredo

Very good but mushrooms are a must! I used olive oil instead of vegetable and added 8 oz of cream cheese instead of 4 oz. Also, added 5 cloves of garlic, garlic powder and onion powder. The leftovers are even better!
